Im Ja P. Choi (Found/Executive Director)
Im Ja Choi is Executive Director and Founder of Penn Asian Senior Service (PASSi) and its subsidiaries. Currently, she serves as member of the Board of Visitors of the Temple University School of Health Profession, the Board of Directors for the Red Cross Penn Jersey Region, and the Advisory Board of the US Civil Rights Commission in Pennsylvania. Ms Choi received her MS degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University Pennsylvania, and B.A. degree from the Korea University in Seoul.
Lisa C. Feitell, Esq. (Contract Manager/Deputy Executive Director)
Ms. Feitell ensures agency compliance with regulatory and licensure matters. She develops and maintains policies and procedures for the general operation of the agency. Ms. Feitell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from New York University College of Arts and Science. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Sharon Hartz (Program Officer)
As PASSi's Program Officer, Ms. Hartz oversees and develops our relationships with many Asian communities. She maintains PASSi's connections with existing clients and helps find new ones. Ms. Hartz also works closely with the Fund Development Officer to monitor the programmatic aspects of grant awards.
Fallon McAnany, M.P.H. (Fund Development Officer)
Ms. McAnany researches, writes, and prepares government, foundation and corporate grant proposals and reports that align with PASSi’s mission. She also helps to develop and maintain positive relationships with funders.
Ted Jeong (Accounting Manager)
Mr. Jeong supervises all financial aspects of PASSi and works with the Board of Directors to develop a multi-year budget. He holds Bachelor of Science degree from Seoul National University and has completed accounting coursework at Temple University. He also manages all PASSi’s IT equipment and applications.
Junga Cho (Nurse Supervisor)
Ms. Cho supervises the nursing of adult day care center participants, home care services, home health aide vocational training as well as staff training. She holds Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern University and Bachelor of Art in Social Studies Education degree from Sungshin Women’s University in Seoul.
Kevin Min (Billing Officer)
Mr. Min is in charge of the billing and collections of PASSi, especially for the MA program of the Department of Public Welfare, PA. He maintains billing records in adherence with the service order from the respective county offices of aging and adult services.
PASSi is opening new adult daycare facility,JUBILEE CENTER in our new building located in north Philadelphia early spring this year.

PASSi is now accepting applications for our Home Health Aide classes. The classes will be held in English, Korean, Chinese, Cambodian and Asian Indian. This two-week program offers 80 hours of training. Please call 215-572-1234 for more information.
The new upcoming Korean class will be held on March 10th, 2014 and the English HHA class will be held on April 21st.
