Im Ja P. Choi (Founder/Executive Director)
Im Ja Choi is Executive Director and Founder of Penn Asian Senior Service (PASSi) and its subsidiaries. Currently, she serves as member of the Board of Visitors of the Temple University School of Health Profession, the Board of Directors for the Red Cross Penn Jersey Region, and the Advisory Board of the US Civil Rights Commission in Pennsylvania. Ms Choi received her MS degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and B.A. degree from Korea University in Seoul.
Lisa C. Feitell, Esq. (Deputy Executive Director/Contract Manager)
Ms. Feitell ensures agency compliance with regulatory and licensure matters. She develops and maintains policies and procedures for the general operation of the agency. Ms. Feitell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from New York University, College of Arts and Science. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She currently serves as a board member for the American Red Cross Penn-Jersey Region.
Ted Jeong (Accounting Manager)
Mr. Jeong supervises all financial aspects of PASSi and works with the Board of Directors to develop a multi-year budget. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seoul National University and has completed accounting coursework at Temple University. He also manages all of PASSi’s IT equipment and applications.
Cammie Citro (Director of Penn Asian Jubilee Center)
As PASSi's Adult Day Care Center Director, Cammie ensures the safety and well being of all of PASSi's adult day care clients, as well as agency compliance with regulatory and licensure matters. Ms. Citro holds a B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University, and has Masters-level credits from Montclair University. She is also a Certified Social Worker, a Licensed School Social Worker and a Certified Dementia Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in geriatric health care and health care administration.
Ms. Every researches, writes, and prepares government, foundation and corporate grant proposals and reports that align with PASSi’s mission. She also helps to develop and maintain positive relationships with funders.
Soon Do Paik, MSW (Social Worker)
Ms. Paik oversees the social work and psychosocial services for the center's participants in the home care services, for the adult day care, and she provides case management support for participants with intellectual disabilities. She holds a Master's degree of social work from Rutgers University.
Junga Cho, RN (Nurse Supervisor)
Ms. Cho supervises the nursing of adult day care center participants, home care services, home health aide vocational training as well as staff training. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Art in Social Studies Education degree from Sungshin Women’s University in Seoul.
Sharon Hartz (Activity Coordinator)
Ms. Hartz is responsible for the development, provision and oversight of activities in the Jubilee Center. She assists in developing outside resources and partnerships to enhance the activity program. She also maintains PASSi's relationships with several Asian communities.

The Penn Asian Jubilee Center would like to create a small library for our adult day care clients! In order to do this, we will need any and all book and magazine donations in any Asian languages such as Korean, Cambodian, Chinese, etc. We are also accepting a few donations of books and magazines in English as well. PASSi is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization so any donations will be tax deductible. HHA Class Information
PASSi is now accepting applications for our Home Health Aide classes. The classes will be taught in various languages including English, Korean, Chinese, Khmer/Cambodian, and Gujarati. This two-week program offers 80 hours of instruction. Please call 215-572-1234 for more information.
